Simple, tasty recipes for people who love good food.

Berry Crunch Overnight Oats

I have received information and materials from JOHNSON & JOHNSON CONSUMER, Inc., McNeil Nutritionals, LLC Subsidiary the makers of LACTAID®. The opinions stated are my own. This is a sponsored post.

You’ll want to make these delicious, easy, and quick-prep berry crunch overnight oats again and again! They’re the perfect healthy make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings.

Overnight oats are some kind of crazy breakfast magic that I wish I had discovered about 15 years ago but instead only entered my life within the past couple of years. Growing up I wasn’t the biggest fan of oatmeal – the hot mushy kind as it is traditionally served – but when I tried overnight oats my opinion of oatmeal did a 180 turnaround and I suddenly found myself buying oats in bulk.

If you’ve made overnight oats before, then you know the drill and you know how amazing they are – no need to convince you to stick around. If you are new to the overnight oats world, welcome (!) and be prepared to be wowed.  For this super easy recipe, all you do is add some oats and LACTAID® Whole Milk to a jar along with a little vanilla, brown sugar, and fresh berries, then seal, shake, and chill overnight. In the morning, give it a good stir and marvel at how thick and creamy those oats have become overnight. Add a handful of your favorite crunchy flake cereal, a drizzle of honey, and voila! Presto breakfast.

With LACTAID® – which is real milk, just without the lactose – your favorite go-to breakfast for busy mornings (and lets be honest, all other mornings because they’re too good to reserve just for weekdays) becomes lactose-free and there’s no need for #DairyEnvy when your breakfast is this creamy and delicious. Celebrate National Cereal Day with a good dose of overnight oats topped off with your favorite crunchy cereal!
